Scope of this notice

This notice describes this website. Calls and text messages go directly to the studio, and online bookings and gift card purchases take place on Fresha. Those interactions do not create a customer account on this website.

Information this website collects

This website does not include a customer contact form or customer account. We do not ask you to submit health information through this website.

Advertising measurement and your choices

We use the Meta Pixel on public pages to measure page visits and clicks that open online booking. It loads when you visit, unless you have turned off advertising measurement or your browser sends a privacy signal we respect. Meta may receive your IP address, browser details, the page address and advertising cookie identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc. We do not send your appointment details, name, phone number or health information from this website. A booking click is not counted as a completed appointment.

While measurement is on, we retain campaign tags and click identifiers in this browser session for up to seven days and pass them to our Fresha links to help identify visits from our ads. Booking completion happens on Fresha and is subject to Fresha's own settings and privacy policy. Passing a campaign tag does not guarantee attribution of an appointment.

Use Cookie choices and select Turn off to stop website advertising measurement; all booking links still work. We retain that preference for up to 180 days and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Turning measurement off stops future website advertising events and clears our stored campaign tags and accessible Meta cookies; it does not delete information already received by Meta. Google Ads measurement

When Google Ads measurement is enabled, the same Cookie choices preference and browser privacy signals also control our Google Ads tag. Google may receive technical request information, advertising click identifiers and accessible _gcl_ cookies. We do not send names, contact details or health information through this tag. We do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions through this website tag.

With measurement on, Google click identifiers may remain in this browser session for up to seven days and are passed only to this studio’s Fresha booking links. We do not send a completed-booking event from this website. Fresha sends completed-booking events through its separate Google Ads integration and applies its own privacy choices. Passing click identifiers does not guarantee attribution. Turn off also removes our stored Google click identifiers and accessible Google advertising cookies; information Google already received is not deleted. Google privacy policy.

Website analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and clicks on our booking and phone buttons. It uses the same Cookie choices preference and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Google may receive your IP address, browser information, page path, campaign identifiers, and analytics cookies such as _ga. We do not send names, contact details, appointment details, or health information in these events. Button clicks do not mean that a booking or call was completed. Turn off stops future events and clears accessible Google analytics cookies; it does not delete information already received by Google. Analytics is not enabled in our private administration area.

Technical request data and security cookies

The hosting and security providers may process limited technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps, and may set a necessary security cookie to deliver the website and detect abusive traffic. These security records are separate from optional advertising measurement. Public pages do not set a Jin's Massage customer account cookie.

External services

Booking, directions, current reviews, and social links use third-party services. The Contact page includes a Google Maps frame that loads when it approaches the visible page; Google may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details. The frame requests a no-referrer policy to reduce information passed to Google. This website displays three short Google review excerpts with the reviewers’ displayed names and the date they were checked. The displayed Google score was checked on September 11, 2026; it is not a live feed. We do not copy reviewer photos, and the rating and review cards do not load a third-party widget. Links open Google for the full, current reviews. Information you provide to third-party services is governed by their own privacy policies.

Administrator access

The private administration area uses identity verification, a secure session cookie, rate limits, and audit records. It is not offered as a customer account.

Security records and backups

Administrator sign-in and editing activity is recorded to help protect the website. These records can include the administrator's email address, the action, a timestamp, and a protected representation of the network address. Website data is included in access-controlled backups for recovery. These records are not used for advertising.
