Choose the time you want to set aside
Compare the Deep Tissue options shown above, including their current session lengths and prices. Think about the visit you want and any areas you would like to discuss, rather than assuming a longer booking follows a fixed routine.
Allow for the journey and getting ready to leave as well as the listed service duration. If you have a firm deadline afterward, ask us whether the complete visit will fit before reserving.
Make your pressure preferences clear
Deep Tissue is described on our menu as firm, focused pressure based on your comfort. Tell us where you prefer more attention, which areas to avoid and whether you want a lighter touch elsewhere. You can use everyday language; massage terminology is not required.
During the session, say something as soon as you want an adjustment. “A little lighter, please,” “Could we spend more time on my shoulders?” and “Please pause for a moment” are clear, useful requests. You can ask to change pressure without waiting until the appointment ends.
Choosing between Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage on our menu is described as smooth, flowing strokes at a relaxing pace. Deep Tissue is the firmer, more focused choice. Your preference for pressure and the kind of appointment you want are useful starting points when deciding between them.
If you are unsure, call before selecting a service. Explain what you enjoyed or disliked in a previous massage, or tell us that it is your first visit. We can discuss the menu with you without asking you to choose from the service name alone.
Reserve the Deep Tissue service you intend to receive
Choose the Deep Tissue option and your preferred duration in Fresha, then review the date, start time, current price and booking terms. Complete the reservation and keep its confirmation. Viewing an available start time does not hold an appointment.
Appointments are required. If the online calendar does not show a suitable option, call (267) 682-5168 to ask. Tell us if you already have a booking so we can discuss that reservation rather than create a duplicate.
Plan your arrival
Use the full Glenside address when planning your journey. If you have an arrival question or expect to be delayed, call the studio and check what is possible for your appointment.
Questions before you book
How long can I book Deep Tissue Massage for?
The session lengths and current prices are listed above. Select your preferred option to review available start times in Fresha.
Can I ask for lighter pressure?
Yes. Explain your preferences before the session and speak up whenever you want an adjustment or a pause. The service name does not replace that conversation.
Can I request attention to a particular area?
Tell us which areas you would like worked on and which you prefer to avoid. Discuss your priorities before the session so the available appointment time can be considered.
Can I book a Deep Tissue appointment today?
Check today’s options in Fresha or call the studio. Same-day availability must be confirmed for the service and duration you want before you set out.
